(A) Viability of MCF-7 cells following 48 h incubation with blank HAI-NGs; and (B) in vitro antitumor activity of PTX/ HAI-NGs againstMCF-7 cells. The cells were incubated with PTX/HAI-NGs for 4 h, the medium was removed and replenished with fresh culture medium, and the cells were cultured for an additional 44 h. The inhibition experiment was performed by pre-treating cells for 4 h with free HA (5 mg/mL) prior to incubation with PTX/HAI-NGs. Data are presented as mean ± SD (n = 4).
