Exemptions and Discounts

  • Authors from low-income countries (as defined by the World Bank) may apply for fee waivers or discounts.
  • Editorial Board Members and active reviewers are eligible for reduced APCs.

Payment Policy

Payments must be completed only after manuscript acceptance. APC invoices are issued electronically, and payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or secure online payment systems.
